Since 1972, councils have sponsored the Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship for boys and girls from the ages of 9 to 14 to provide an athletic outlet and encourage the values of sportsmanship and healthy competition. Kids compete within their own gender and age and progress from local level to district, regional and state competitions.

All boys and girls between the ages of 9 and 14 are invited to participate on January 18th, 2026, with registration starting at 5:00 PM at the Saint Elizabeth School Gymnasium.

Please reserve a spot for your child / children using the form to the right.  Your will receive an email confirmation from us, along with a link to download the full registration form.   Please complete a form for each child and bring it with you on the day of the competition.
